Training in the mornings has at least become fun, even though I still struggle to get out of bed. By now my body knows that being healthy and fit is better than sleeping late. That’s enough motivation for me to keep going. A good intense 45min cardio session to kick-start my day.
I’ve been doing a lot of work out of town lately – and will probably continue to do so as more projects come it. One of my struggles was not preparing my meals properly when going on long trips and then ending up having to search for a takeaway salad & wrap. Here are a few tips that helped me. At the end of the day you feel much healthier, and without the guilt of eating badly.
