#1 Be on plan.
Cruise through the holidays without cravings and feeling confident. Inspire others with your healthy choices. Be ready for the “you look amazing, what ARE you doing?” and the fam falling flat from surprise because they haven’t seen you this slim ever! Really exercise your health muscles by passing up the things that pull you away from your goals.
#2 Have a plan to be off plan.
