Well, I survived Thanksgiving (and two weeks off) with a lot of exercise.
I thought really hard about how to work this season into my program. In the end, I had so much fun cooking it really wasn’t much of an issue at Thanksgiving. I ate what I would have normally eaten, except I had an actual lunch instead of a Medifast-y lunch, and I allowed myself probably 2 tablespoons of stuffing.
When I started the program, I researched and saw that a lot of people who use Medifast seem to have issues with the transition to what they call Maintenance. People put weight back on when they stop eating the pre-measured, pre-made stuff. I didn’t want this to happen, of course!
