Is it what you get or what you become that is most important?

I really like this because I have always focused on what I am going to get when I achieve a goal…… but what you become when you have achieved it, is so much more than just the “get.”

When I achieve my goal of losing 30 lbs now I can focus on not just wearing more stylish clothes or looking better at my sons wedding in July, but what I am achieving by losing it.
I will have achieved better health, longer life expectancy, ease of movement, more energy, a clearer mind and I will look better…. these all are long lasting and that means I will become a happier, healthier person!!
