Crock Pot Short Ribs.

Crock pot Short Ribs
3 lb Beef Short Ribs (frozen!)
1 Onion (large, sliced)
1 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
3/4 c Water
2 T Vinegar Wine (or cider)
4 T Soy Sauce
2 t  Splenda
Instructions Place frozen beef short ribs in a crockpot. Place onion on top of the ribs. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs and onion. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. Note: if ribs are unfrozen, it will cut the cooking time by a few hours. This has about 25 grams of carbs, perhaps a bit less, in the entire potfull.
